  i want to upload hestia theam but the Proceed icon is blur and unable to upload any theam

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi twoyearsinjmischool,

  Custom themes like Hestia can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan. You are currently using the Free plan which is why there is no option to do so.
