  Where are you going “Theme upload button :)” i cannot see this button please help

  There are 367 themes to choose from at WordPress.com both free and premium:-

  Themes purchased elsewhere cannot be installed at WordPress.com. They are designed for self-hosted WordPress.org installs:-
