Can not write or edit post's

Hello
This evening I seem to have developed an issue with being able to write text other than a heading for any post. I wrote 2 post’s successfully and scheduled them for tomorrow, then when coming to write a third I could only write in the heading box, there was no text box available below, the visual and html buttons are there but do not do anything when pressed. I then tried to edit a previous post and the same thing has happened.
I looked this up in the help forums and have done all the suggestions, from clearing history, cookies, cache and the disabling and then re-enabling of plugins to see if any of this woudl solve the problem. None of it has.
Could you suggest what may have happened? The time between me being able to write a post and not being able to was literally seconds between the time of scheduling one and then opening up a new post to write so I don’t see what could possibly have changed in that time frame or I have done to cause this.Thank You

If you are using the app try updating it because that worked for another blogger. https://apps.wordpress.com/support/

Thank you, I don’t use an app so it wouldn’t be that. Having a look at the staff help link you have posted however and it exactly describes the problem I am having so I will post in that.
