Can older Polldaddy Polls(links) coverted to new style (graphics)?

  I was wondering has anyone attempted to go back to edit the older PollDaddy polls created on your blog PRIOR to WP.Com providing our own special connection

  I would like to take some of those older polls that are just a link and change them to the new format on my older posts without loosing any of the voting data. Just wondering if anyone had already tried this before I waste my time trying the impossible. Or of it is even possible to do?

  So I guess no user has tried this or even cares? Maybe staff could advise? If not I Will try on my own per usual.Thanks.
