Can one make a link on the banner?

  Hi, is it possible to make the banner image on the top of the blog link to a website? The blog is at discussimmigration.com? If so how?

  With the CSS upgrade, I believe you can make it happen, but I will leave this to more experienced CSS style sheet gurus to answer this, but I believe it should be still possible. Not without the upgrade though.
