  Can only access site on wp-admin but not when going directly to wordpress. Changes are not updating and message says ‘you dont have any wordpress sites yet’

  That’s right — the account you are contacting us from hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites, which suggests the one you need help with may be owned by another account or not hosted here. What is the address of the site you are referring to?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software (which is separate from WordPress.com), the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice about why the changes aren’t being saved:

  http://wordpress.org/support/forums

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
