Can only click properly in back end in incognito window

I downloaded and installed the Nuss Theme yesterday and since then the back end doesn’t work as it should. I can only click on some of the links/update some of the areas. The rest just doesn’t let me to click at all.

However, it does work normally in incognito window. What is the problem here?
For example, to even write this message in the back end I had to do it in incognito, as it didn’t allow me to click the ‘?’ in the normal window.

I have cleared my cache, cookies etc.

Hi there,

I was able to visit and click in the admin area without issue. I tried several admin pages at random and was not able to find anything that was un-clickable.

It’s interesting that you are able to perform these actions via an Incognito Window (which skips your cache and cookies) since it may indicate that when you cleared your cache and cookies as you mentioned, you may not have cleared them fully.

With this in mind I would like you to try the following steps that Google recommends, to ensure that everything is cleared correctly.
- clear your cache and cookies based on the steps Google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
- Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
- If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?

Hi, sorry for late reply. Why it was working was because I got help by the support team from Theme I am using. So it’s solved :)
