Can other people submit photos and words to my blog?

  I would like to set up my blog so that people can submit images and words to it (uploading jpeg and accompnying description for example). I then want to be able to check them and then publish them – is this possible? If so how or with which app?

  Unfortunately, that’s not possible on a WordPress.com blog. I believe there are a few plugins that would do this on a self-hosted WordPress.org blog.
