Can our .com site add Paypal?

  I have a question about our nonprofit organization’s web site on WordPress.com. We would like to add a Paypal button for dues and donations. Someone said Wordprees might not accept it and if we tried it would not come up with a www address that we would need. Could you please give us an answer. Thank you.
