Absolutely not. For that you need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install.

No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.
There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds http://www.wordads.co/ no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs.
E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com. Paid content and/or sponsored content is not allowed.

FYI you are probably looking at a very expensive site, unless you just want people to email you things and you do all the posting. This will not be easy and cheap. It can be easy and expensive, or it can be cheap and a lot of work.

So if I am understanding this. I can post things that I sell but not the people who respond to my blogs. Can I direct interest parties to my website from my blog site? This is my first time for blogging and want to make sure I am doing things correctly. Thanks for your replies.

No. You can post things that you yourself make for sale. You can’t post products others have made that you’re just marketing. You can direct people from any site to your blog here, but if staff think your blog exists only to direct people to your website, they will shut it down.
