Can Pinnacle them be restored?

    I was watching a great instruction video on Udemy for building a profitable WordPress site, it’s recent (2016), and its primary example is Pinnacle theme. But I can’t find Pinnacle on the menu, and I can’t upload it apparently (there are a hundred tutorials on the web on uploading a theme, but that option seems now to be canceled?)
    On another note, some optimizing plug ins that are clearly shown in the video are not in the dashboard, and there is no mention of requiring an upgrade to get them.

    It sounds like the video dealt with self-hosted WordPress sites.
