Can platform affect theme?

  Hi,
  I’m using the theme ‘hero’ by anthemes for my blog. It looks fine on my own computer, by I have had reports from others that there is no ‘comment’ box appearing, both people using firefox with linux. Is there any problem with Linux?

  Hi silvermud,

  You’ve changed the theme to Chunk. Although I doubt linux has something to do with the issue but If you still want to use Hero if it can be fixed please change the theme and let us know the URL of the page missing the comment box.

  Hi Iamtakashi,

  I’ve changed back to ‘Hero;. Note that strangely, to me, the comment box appears on my own computer. It doesn’t appear on other people’s. It’s not just Linux, I spoke to someone using windows and internet explorer who wasn’t seeing a comment box.

  Hi silvermud,

  Thanks for changing the theme to Hero. Do you know the version of IE which has a trouble to see the comment box? I’ve checked it in IE9 and IE8 and the box is there.

  It’s hard to take an action without being able to reproduce the error you’ve reported. Could you let us know more detailed info about where the issue occurs? (the browser version and OS)

  Hi @silvermud,

  Just checking in. Are you still experiencing this with Hero? If so, can you please provide browser(s) and accompanying version number(s) so we can try to reproduce? Thanks!
