Can Podio Webforms and MailChimp Signup Forms integrate into a WordPress.com hosted blog? If so how?

Mailchimp embeds will not work on WordPress.com. The best thing you can do is to add a link to your sidebar that points to your signup forum hosted with MailChimp.

What you could also do is put an image in your sidebar that LOOKS like a signup form, but actually links to your forum. This was a great tip posted back in 2009! Link: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/mail-chimp-signup-form-embed-code-doesnt-work
I am not familiar with Podio Webforms, can you show me an example of the type of embed codes they use?
