Can privacy users comment or just read?

  If I designate my blog as visible to only people I choose, which allows me to add up 35 people with their usersnames, can they just read or can they comment on my posts as well?

  they can read and comment. if you don’t want comments on a post you have to check the option in the editor page that closes comments.
