Can readers access Public blog posts on a Private blog?
-
I’ve marked my site “Private” via “Site Visibility” in Settings > Reading, and I was wondering whether people have access to my blog posts if they’re marked “Public.” Does the setting preference I’ve indicated override posts being marked as “Public,” so that they can still only be reached by users I’ve invited to my page, or does the individual post status override the the site visibility setting?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you have a Private blog and make public posts, then everyone you’ve Invited to read your blog can read them. If you don’t make the posts Public, then only you can read them.

Thank you. As long as I know that no one outside the people I’ve invited can read them, then it’s alright.
