Can readers comment on your post without being a wordpress member?

  I am looking to pursue an active community on blog, and I do not want any restrictions for me readers…

  Hi,

  Yes, they can, if you allow them to. See the Who Can Comment and Discussion Settings support pages. To allow everyone to comment, place no restrictions in the Other Comment Settings section of your Discussion Settings page.
