I played with the code to get the email to be delivered, but now I get about 100 copies of each of my emails in my Inbox. How do I fix this?

You can keep the records the way they are now.
The issue you are referring to can’t be caused by the records. It must be something with your e-mail client or Zoho mail. But let’s see how it goes from now and if you’re still having issues you could try to contact Zoho.

I just got a call from a client – she said her email to me bounced back. SO embarrassing! Why is this always so difficult?

Could you ask her what the content of the bounced back e-mail says? or please ask her to forward the e-mail to this e-mail address. Thank you.
