Can several followers be added to a blog on the same computer, one at a time?

A person in Kansas City is trying to add several team members to grantlessons.wordpress.com through the follow email via blog option , a couple came through but others did not. She entered them as single emails. Can she do it this way or is there another way

The problem the email addresses of the individuals that Kansas City desires to add are not even on the list. Could there be another problem? Thanks
