Can ShareThis links actually appear on the home page?

  Sorry if this has been covered, but I couldn’t find the answer! :)

  I have a question about the ShareThis feature on my blog: http://thewritingrunner.wordpress.com/

  When you read a new post on my blog’s front page, the ShareThis and Rate This Post options aren’t there at the bottom of the post.

  But if you click on the link to the dedicated page for that post, those options do show up at the bottom of the post.

  Is there a way to have those features show up at the bottom of the post on the home page, too? I’ve looked at a bunch of themes and not found this as an option, so maybe I’m just missing something?

  That’s a setting. You need to change it under Share options to sharing on posts AND index pages. That caught me at first, too.

  If you want to show them on the front page too then you need to change your sharing configuration – http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/#customizing-sharing-settings
