Can sign in and read my site but not write or edit

    I can sign in to my site and read all my blog posts but when I click to ‘write’ I see a screen with ‘select a site to start writing’ and my site heading is hidden in a grey box. I also cannot edit my personal details or settings. Help!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,

    Sorry to hear you’re seeing that.

    Can you tell me what browser you’re using please along with any browser extensions that may be of use? (for instance any Ad blockers).

    Also, can you confirm if the problem persists after clearing the browser cache please?

    Thank you for this advice. I finally realised it could be a browser issue with Firefox and managed to get it to work on Microsoft Edge. Never had a problem on Firefox until this week. How do I close the post now that the problem is resolved?
