Can sign into WordPress fine, but using same info I can't on another site.

I’m signed in to WordPress but when using the same info I can’t sign in on another web site with WordPress and my same sign in info.
On the other web site I had clicked on a photo to open it but 1st had to sign in using WordPress. Even though I was logged onto WordPress AT THE SAME TIME in another window, that SAME sign in info would NOT work to open the photo on the other site.
This just makes NO sense to me at all. Someone help please!

Where were you trying to sign in with your WordPress.com credentials and what is the URL of your WordPress.com site, both starting with http:// to make them clickable?

No Jennifer. The question isn’t really the same. I really don’t remember the web site I wanted to log in to. I wish I’d have noted that but I just didn’t think of that. It MAY have been WND (World Net Daily) but I’m not definite about that.
As I said I was already logged in at WordPress. When I went to loggin to the web site in question and tried to use the exact loggin (user name & password) that I logged into WordPress with it was rejected repeatedly.
That’s what is so WEIRD. It excepts my loggin info sometimes and not at others.

I’m sorry, but without a link to both your WordPress.com site and the site you are trying to log into, there’s really not much anyone can do to help.

It’s pretty simple, really. One site is a WordPress.com site and one site is a WordPress.org site. They are not related in any way except that they are using different versions of the same basic software. The sign in processes are separate entirely. Your WordPress.com ID is good on WordPress.com, not on WordPress.org blogs.
