Can somebody from WordPress help me downgrade from Business plan to Premium?

  Can somebody from WordPress help me downgrade from Business plan to Premium?

  I started the conversation with someone, or a bot. It/he/she asked if I confirm, and I replied that yes, I confirm the downgrade from Business to Premium. It’s been two days, chat window is still open but no more progress, no more response.

  Can somebody help me with that?
