Can someone advise that I am going to receive my refund?

  I’ve just cancelled my account within 24 hours of purchasing the premium option and I want confirmation to ensure that my refund will occur.

  Have you canceled your account or just cancelled the premium plan of your site?

  Refunds usually takes around 7-10 business days to show in your statement. I am also tagging this post as ‘modlook’ for staff attention. They will let you know about the refund processed.
