Can someone be banned from WordPress?

  Can someone be banned from WordPress for hate speech or something?
  If yes, will the whole website be deleted or there is an option to backup?
  If there are more websites linked to the account, they will be banned too?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello again, If a site is found to be in violation of the WordPressdotcom Terms of Service or User Guidelines, the site can be suspended. You can read more about suspended sites in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
