Can someone clarify the subsciption comments for me?

in my dashboard under stats it says:
Comments:22 subscribers, 94 subscriptions
Can someone tell me what this means? and what the difference between the two are?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

22 people have subscribed to your comments feed, the total number of posts they’ve subscribed to in order to receive an email letting them know there has been a comment, is 94.
