Can someone from customer support please delete my website?

  I’ve tried everything and I’ve posted in a previous forum- I just need to delete my website/account. But I keep getting “We are still in the process of removing your previous plan. Please check back in a few minutes and you’ll be able to delete your site.”

  I’ve been trying to delete it for over a week. And, yes, I’ve gone through the whole checklist of how to fix this problem and nothing has worked.

  I don’t have a paid plan anymore because it said to make sure to delete purchases before you can delete your website. So now I can’t directly contact customer support. Can anyone in WordPress customer support help me??
