  Can you give me a link to the Youtube video you tried to add and the post or page where you tried to add it? That way I can take a closer look at it to see what happened.

  The howdy how can I help pop up wonder appeared . I was happy to have the assistance. I typed in the question. And the window closed out.

  Well, that’s certainly confusing. I believe that can happen if you start to ask a question but our live chat staff become unavailable before you submit your question to them. It shouldn’t just disappear, though — I’ll let our developers know that’s happening so they can investigate it. (We’re working on making that chat option a smoother experience and more widely available, so your feedback is really helpful!)
