  I need some help resizing my image, can you help?

  Do you mean an image already uploaded and inserted in a post? If yes, go to the visual post editor, click on the image, click the mountain icon that shows up, change percentage, click Update.

  If not, once you upload it you select desired size (thumb, medium or large) before inserting it. You can set your preferred default values for these in Settings>Media.

  Note that in both cases there’s a slight loss of sharpness and color. When it comes to high quality photos, you should either make sure they link to the full-size original, or downsize them in an image editing application and upload them in real size.
