Can someone help me with Theme FOREVER how to do it the way is showing on demo?

Hello, I have a theme FOREVER and I do not know how to make look like is showing on demo. I just struggle for weeks and still didn’t figure it out how. It will be a lot of help if the theme FOREVER which I like a lot would have video demonstration step be step on how to do it. Can you help me? I would be highly grateful, thank you.

Featuring posts in a slider on your home page is easy. You just need sticky posts with Featured Images. Every sticky post you have (up to 10) that has a Featured Image (at least 887 pixels wide) attached will show up.
Note that Optimal size for featured images is: width 888px, height maximum 355px.
