Can someone help me with user access?

  Hello, my work uses WordPress for our blog.

  2 current administrators have sent me invitations to be administrator to the email I used to set up a WordPress account.

  I’ve received the emails, clicked on the links, been taken to the login page, and logged in. I’ve waited more 48 hours before logging in again. But I still do not have access to the blog. Please help!

  p.s. The help form does not allow me to type in the correct blog, which is https://buttecountylibrarychildrenservices.wordpress.com/.
