Can someone help me with Videopress?

    I recently purchased Videopress for my personal blog and am disappointed that I can’t, for the life of me, make it work. I’d love some help. Here’s what’s going on:

    When I attempt to upload a video downloaded from my iPhone, I get this message:
    Error
    Your uploaded video is encoded incorrectly: we are unable to process it. Please try using a standard format (.avi, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .mpg), or different encoding software.

    The file specs are the following:
    File name: img_32692.mov
    File type: MOV

    When I attempt to upload a video from a flip video, I get this message:
    Error
    This video file could not be processed because it does not contain a video track or the video codec is unsupported.

    The file specs are the following:
    File name: vid006942.mp4
    File type: MP4

    I don’t know much about this stuff but it seems the formats (mp4 and mov) are acceptable so why isn’t this working? Would LOVE some help as I’m obviously reluctant to pay the video fee again if I can’t even upload videos!

    What is the URL if the blog you’re uploading to?

    Also, have you tried uploading them from your computer, and (I’m assuming yes, but) have you tried the iOS app?
