Can someone in the DOMAIN NAME department PLEASE help us!?

Hello Friendly WordPress Support Team! I need help! Auuugh! Earlier today, I transferred my domain (www.niagarahub.com) over to the wordpress platform. Using the domain name servers, etc. that you provide in your directions. Where I bought the domain originally (Fatcow.com) says everything looks good on their side, then I sent a support question in over on this side and you guys say everything looks good on your end, too. However, when I type in the address http://www.niagarahub.com – nothing comes up on any of our office PCs or Macs. We’ve rebooted, unplugged, reset, deleted cache, ctrlF5’d, EVERYTHING! and still getting the error message that “The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.” I’m thinking somewhere in my settings in my WordPress account – theniagarahub.wordpress.com – something is wrong. I bought the upgrade (Domain Mapping) for $12.99 and followed directions, but it seems that somewhere at that point things went haywire! Please help! Although you (and others) say that you can get the address, no one in my office or in other offices nearby on the street can get to the site. Are my settings off?! Can a tech on your side of things check everything (settings and numbers and that kinda’ stuff) because something is not right. I love how awesome WordPress is – we paid for an upgraded template, etc – HELP!

    Howdy,

I’m able to see your site just fine.

Could you please let me know what ISP you’re using?

Are you using HughesNet by chance?

Some users using HughesNet have reported errors when visiting some websites.

If you’re using HughesNet as your ISP, you might contact them and ask them to disable the turbo feature.

Don’t hesitate to contact us again if you need anymore help. :-)
