  Clients are not able to access my site for some reason! [removed personal info]

  As @Timethief mentioned, we do not provide phone support, but I’d be happy to assist you here!

  Are you still in contact with Gene from Grand Solutions? If so, I would need him to contact us regarding renewing the domain upgrade since it is under his account and we need to verify ownership.

  If he is no longer operating the site, I can assist the transfer ownership to the newest owner as long as we again get the current owner’s consent.

  Here is the response I received back from Gene Cottingham “You certainly have my permission. It¹s your accounting and you should have
  ownership. I am not sure in what form they want me to respond. Just let me
  know.”
  How should we proceed Darnell? Is it possible for you to contact Gene via his email address to get permission directly? […] . Thanks a lot for your help on this! I am an internet dope for sure!!

  I just renewed, thank you so much for your help!
  One question, however, when my clients go to http://www.pfortuneart.com it is not bringing up the site. Is there a problem?

  Is there maybe an issue with domain mapping? we had an issue with that last year?
