This is a peer support forum where Volunteers who are your fellow blogger provide answers to support questions. There are over 25 million that Staff provides support for. Staff deal with support tickets by addressing the earliest dates first. If you contact them again you simply create a longer waiting time for help.
You can change your blog title and/or optional tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General Note that if your remove the blog title from that page where search spiders look for it then you may have trouble getting your content indexed.
You can purchase a domain and domain mapping upgrade from Store in your dashboard. Here are the instructions:

I have already tried that or I wouldn’t have posted or sent email for support.
My blog address is currently http://www.thirtyplusfour.wordpress.com and I need to change it before I register the blog. The thirtyplusfour needs to be something else. I have looked everywhere with no ability to change it.

Are you the Administrator of this blog or not?
http://thirtyplusfour.wordpress.com
Are you ware that when you purchase a domain name and domain mapping that your readers will not ever see this URL http://thirtyplusfour.wordpress.com They will only see the URL of the domain you purchase and map from the .wordpress.com blog to. -
I think I got it figured out. Once I purchase and make the new my primary domain, how long will it take to show up?
p.s. thanks for your help, sorry for being test, just frustrated :)

It can take up to 72 hours for the domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. It depends when DNS caches are flushed and we have no control over that. It normally takes less time than that. If you follow all thge steps there are not going to be problems.
step 5
To activate your new domain, select the button next to the one you wish to activate and click Update Primary Domain. Your blog will be accessible from both of these domains; the Primary Domain is what actually appears as your domain within the address bar of web browsers. If you do not see your blog at the new domain immediately, please allow some time for the DNS changes to propagate. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/#instructions-for-registering-a-new-domain-for-your-blog
