  Please, please provide a contact for me to talk to someone about this. I lost my job from COVID and need to understand why I was not notified of a charge occurring 1 monthsbefore it was supposed to… I was going to cancel it until I obtain a new job and desperately need to access a refund until I find new work. I have reached out every possible way I can, and for the love of all that is right in this world I need help here.

  Stop creating duplicate threads! You won’t get better or faster help, on the contrary. Just stick to your initial thread and give Staff the chance to see what’s going on.

  I would love to stop creating duplicate threads if someone could contact me… This has been an issue for several days and if it was not urgent you wouldn’t be hearing from me. If you would like, please contact support for me since I cannot get ahold of anyone and I will be happy to remove all of my threads.
