Can someone please help me get a full refund for the $99 hosting package?

  I purchased the premium hosting package for $99 on 9/6 and then requested a refund nearly right away. The refund was approved and I was told the $99 would show up on my credit card. I see that only $13 was refunded (the cost for the basic hosting). Can someone please help me get the full $99 refund? Thanks!

  I’m not sure what the 1st part of your replies mean, but I assume the 2nd part means someone for customer support will look into my refund? If so, thank you very much for flagging it!
