Can someone please help me get the slideshow o my homepage working again?

Awhile back the slideshow on my homepage stopped working suddenly. I can’t figure out what the problem is. I have tried everything I could think of. I even tried deleting all the old posts to see if that would work, but no luck. Please… PLEASE HELP!!!

You’ll need to attach images to your recent posts:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/For best results, you’ll want to use images that are 950px by 425px in size.

Yes I know that part. I had it working before with no problem. them one day it just wouldn’t display any of the images. I can’t figure out why.

None of your posts have any featured images set.
Without a set featured image, the slideshow won’t display.

That still didnt fix the problem. I set a large feature image to one of my posts and all it did was appear in the post and only half of it is visible because it is soooo large. I really cant figure out whats wrong. It used to work just fine with no problems.

One of your posts does have a very large image, but it wasn’t set as a featured image.

Thanks a lot for your help macmanx. After sitting down at the library and playing with it for a couple hours I was able to finally get the slideshow working again. It seems that the problem was the method used to attach the image. Before I was attaching them using the image address or url. Now I am saving the images to my laptop first, and then uploading them into the post. That simple change seemed to fix everything. Still dont understand why my old way stopped working out of nowhere. But I’m just happy its working again. Thanks again to everyone who offered their advice.
