  Sorry to see you wanting to leave.

  You can always issue a refund yourself within 30 days of any upgrade purchase.

  You can empty your site if you don’t wish your content to be available, delete site and deactivate account.

  Please note that:

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address

  So be very sure if you want to delete your site.
