Can someone tell me how to set up a simple Post Page like this please?

    Hello! I`m fairly new to Word Press & I have a question I need to mimic this page where we add pictures of our customers where I work; http://www.douglasvw.com/customer-photos I was really hoping that you could possibly tell me what Theme to use & how to set up the Posts page in order to achieve a set-up like this?? Do I need certain plug-ins too?? I would greatly appreciate any advice you have to offer. Thank you very much for your time. Ken-
