Can someone tell me why my blog is doing this?

  All I did was go and change the title.

  I haven’t changed any of the images, the layout or the code. When I did this blog in October, everything was fine.

  We can’t see that page, since it’s an Admin page. What, exactly, is the problem. Your blog looks perfectly normal to me.
