Can "Soundcheck" be upload to "Fresh News" on my www. website at wordpress.com.?

  I have a upgrade website on wordpress.com, http://www.caribbeanamericamchristiannyc.com, I bought the Theme “Soundcheck”If I bought the premium the theme “‘Fresh News” will it upload to “Soundcheck” on my website or I have to go to wordpress.org.?
