Can 't Find my blog

Hi, first, i apologize for the grammar et spelling mistakes, i’m not english but i don’t find answers on the french support, so there it is:
i had a premium blog hosted at gandi.net wich was “www.lepetitrustique.be”
I don’t know what i did but i can’t find it anymore, when i logged in on WordPress.com it tells me “welcome back” but there was no more blog there… i made a backup of it a few days ago, but as i can’t create back my premium account without being forced to pay 99$, i don’t know what to do, i wanted to import my xls files into a new blog but i can’t because there’s no plugin in “classic” version of wordpress…
please help my, i was supposed to manage the blog, it’s not mine, and it vanished…

You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated, lepetitrustique.be, is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
