CAN' T UPLOAD A VIDEO TO WORDPRESS. HEEEELP!

  I am trying to upload a video on the gallery section of my wordpress. the file is uploaded from the server to media library, but when I hit ‘select’ a white line appears and doesn t upload the file. Any idea why?
