Can Tag phrases or words be invisible on the page and still work in Technorati?

  I have a breaking news blog that is a portal. Unfortunately my tag words/phrases are sometimes longer than the article with the link over. Any ideas to make the tags invisible and have them still work?

  Unfortunately my tag words/phrases are sometimes longer than the article with the link over.

  I use WindowsLiveWriter to create Technorati tags for my posts. Tags are normally one word, as are categories. I’m sorry but I’ve never heard of tags that are as long as what you are describing.

  I assume you are thinking of modifying your css so the tags aren’t displayed? If so I should think your tags will still be indexed since they are still in the mark-up.
