  I just want to find out if the blogs I have subscribed to will it be known to visitors to my blog?

  No. No one knows which blogs you subscribe to here http://wordpress.com/following/ unless you post that information on the blog and/or enable a widget such as Blogs I Follow http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/blogs-i-follow-widget/ or Links http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/ that provides that data to your viewers.
