Can the contact form be expanded?

  Hi,

  I am trying to find a way to take my visitors to a form where i would collect details such as age, school attended, etc.

  Does anyone know if the Contact Form allows me to include fields other than what is standard?

  I was thinking of putting a form on a free server and link my blog to it.

  Is there a better way?

  Would appreciate some help.

  The contact form is not configurable, but you can easily link to a site like Survey Monkey etc that allows more detailed information collection.
