Can the display of URL of post on "Skylark" be corrected please?

  Odd problem on new Skylark theme (infinite scroll enabled) with address of posts rendered as for example http://neilphoto.wordpress.com/Permalink%20to%20This%20weather%20can%20have%20its%20own%20magic%20%E2%80%94%C2%A04 which the leads to a “page not found” note and on that the correct address plus suggestions.
