Can the identity of a comment subscriber be known?

I’d like to know the identity of the people, who have subscribed to the comments to my posts. Is there a way to find it out? And is there a way to stop a person from receiving the notification of a new comment?
I’d appreciate some help. Thank you.

We don’t offer an option to remove a subscriber from your email subscriber list.
As long as your site is publicly available on the web, there is no way to block specific people from seeing it or subscribing to it. We can’t ban a user from your site or stop them from reading it. Note that there is no limit for how many people can subscribe to your site.
