Can the images in the medial library be sorted into albums or sub-groups?

  As I upload new images I become confused as to whether I’ve posted the image or not. I’d like to be able to group the images into subgroups or albums so I can track which image went in which post. Thank you.

  No they cannot be. Those features have yet to be developed.

  P.S. The best way to go is to use unique image file titles for each image.
