can the new blog MUSINGS1234 opened by me today be free as i first mantioned?

sir, i opened a new blog “MUSINGS12345” to day .
(1)first thing i have not much computer knowledge. so i very much feel will not be able to access or leave the blog .
(2) i use only my g mail address “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”.please accept it as my g mail address (and not (email visible only to moderators and staff) which i have not been using for years and is defunct). otherwise delete my blog.
(3) i opted only for your FREEBLOG but clicked “PREMIUM” somewhere while filling the form. please confirm that it is free blog .otherwise kindly cancel it.
(4) i have contributed to yourstoryclub.com of wordpress organisation under name PRAGYANSARMAPOLAVARAPU a story in four parts . it was published recently. i gave my g mail address as (email visible only to moderators and staff). here too i would use only that g mail address because i have no technical knowledge to use many e mail addresses.
i request you kindly to understand and request you that if my request is not acceded kindly to cancel the new blog.
i request you to send me an e mail to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and oblige.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

i am very grateful and feel encouraged. I shall start blogging and check my ability . Whenever need arises I shall be using the email address ( in Yahoo) as given in my personal data. I have already sent a four part short story to “yourstoryclub.com” (managed by wordpress.com) recently and it was published.I have much other published material as I write in my free time .My email address in respect of matters relating to my blog will be (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am a non-technical retired person,a science graduate and very greatly interested in old English literature,world history ,world peace and world environmental matters. kindly excuse me if i have in anyway inconvenienced you with my very slow ways.
